Dispatch that picks the right rider

When an order is ready and it's a delivery, the system scores every active rider in the branch's zone, distance, current load, idle time, and offers it to the best fit. Manual override is a first-class option: managers can pin an order to a specific rider when context matters (a regular customer, a sensitive delivery, a new rider needing reps). Every assignment is auditable.

Live tracking, the diner sees the rider move

While a rider's shift is open, their location updates every ten seconds and streams to the diner's tracker, the branch manager's dispatch view, and your internal dashboards. ETAs are recomputed at every step, dispatched, picked up, en route, so the diner sees a fresh number every time something happens.

Proof of delivery and cash that closes the loop

At the door, the rider taps Mark Delivered and optionally captures a proof-of-delivery photo, a signature, and cash collected. Photos are stored for 90 days by default. At shift close, the rider declares their cash; the system computes what they should be holding from the COD ledger, and any variance is flagged for the manager to review. No spreadsheet, no glove-compartment cash envelope.

Maps that don't bleed your margin

Mapping is where delivery economics quietly bleed. We self-host the routing engine and the map tiles, so a third rider on the road doesn't increase your mapping bill. Address autocomplete uses Google Places carefully, we pay only when a diner actually commits an address, not on every keystroke.
